When you email [email protected] using the email address you used to place your order - all your account information is available to our Customer Success staff and we can get right to the business of getting you up and running! 

  • Please include pictures and videos (or a link to your video) when reaching out with problems. 
  • You will receive a reply from us in 24-48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays) 
  • Our customers are our #1 priority 🐕their hoomans are second only to them! 🧔‍♂️👩
