If your SwiftPaws kit shipped prior to Dec 1 2020 &  experiencing difficulty/issue with their old drive unit - you may be eligible to send in your old unit for a one-time upgrade, free of charge.

Email [email protected] for a Repair Authorization number and instructions. 

When you reach out please provide proof of purchase*, your name, email address, shipping address and phone number.

* Proof of purchase can be any of the following:

• Original order number 
• Name and email address used to place the order
• Screenshot of your order
• Email confirmation of your order
• We will consider evidence if you don't have any of the above
