How Do I Cancel My Order?Updated 9 months ago

To cancel your order email [email protected] and provide the following information (so we can be sure we're cancelling the correct order):

• Your order number   
• Your full name
• The email address used to place the order
• your shipping address 

If the order has already shipped, we can still help! 

We'll issue an RMA# which you will write on the outside of the box and return it to us unopened. If needed, secure the package (sometimes tape comes loose, etc.) and send it back to us. Once we receive it - it will be inspected before we issue the refund.
