How do I return my SwiftPaws?


Please email [email protected] and ask for an RMA# to return your SwiftPaws purchase. Include your original order number and the name and email address used to place the order and the condition of the return. 

Some examples: 

  • Unopened
  • New, opened
  • Like new (used once)
  • Used
  • Well used
  • Defective - describe what is wrong
  • Damaged

There may be a small refurbish/restocking fee in some cases. Your return will be inspected before the actual fee is determined and the refund is issued. SwiftPaws does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our facility.
