How do I return my SwiftPaws?

To take advantage of our 30-day return policy:

Please email [email protected] and ask for an RMA# and return label to return your SwiftPaws purchase. Include your original order number and the name and email address used to place the order and the condition of the return. 

Some examples: 

  • Unopened
  • New, opened
  • Like new (used once)
  • Used 

To clarify: The wording in the return policy "in original condition" refers mainly to the equipment: main drive unit, remote controller, pulleys, etc. - which should be clean, in working order, not damaged, etc.  We expect the accessories: line, flags, etc., to be used 😊  

If the 30 day window has passed, but it has not been 90 days, we may still accept the return, though there may be a small refurbish/restocking fee in some cases. 

In any case, your return will be inspected before the refund is issued. 

Please keep the original packaging or be sure to package the return sufficiently to protect the equipment during shipping, as SwiftPaws is not responsible for lost content or damage in shipping, and only takes title to returns once they arrive at our facility.
