We have had some issues with one or more cells going bad as you’ve described. This is definitely a warranty issue and we are happy to send you a replacement. Contact us (click on the icon in the lower right corner of this screen) and let us know what you’re experiencing, be as specific as possible, for example:
- Do all three lights turn green when you plug the charger in?
- Do any of the lights turn green after being on the charger for an extended period of time?
- Anything else you might have noticed, like popping sounds or bad smell when plugging in the charger.
