When you contact SwiftPaws Customer Success you can expect a reply in 24-48 hours - often quite a bit sooner than that! Excluding weekends or holidays of course 😁
If you have NOT received a reply in 48 hours - please check your email spam folders and if necessary -please allow emails from Swiftpaws.
We also use FedEx and USPS for shipping. You can expect emails from them when items ship - so these should also be allowed to prevent missing out on important information. Or simply remember to check your spam folders if you're expecting an email from us.
If you still don't see emails from SwiftPaws - please email us at: support@swiftpaws. com and mention that you have not gotten a reply so we know there is a problem.
Unfortunately - we cannot do anything to prevent this, because we do not have control over your email spam filters. The only way to assure that our communications get through is for you to allow emails from SwiftPaws, FedEx and USPS. Contact your system administrator, or email provider for assistance if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using a corporate or work email address, they may be capturing our communications and not allowing replies to get through to you. You might need to contact the IT department (or whomever is in charge of emails) and ask about allowing emails from SwiftPaws. Alternatively, you might need to use a different email address if your workplace does not allow emails from us. There are free email services you can use such as Gmail and Yahoo.
