When you email us you will receive a confirmation email - that we received your email.
This email should arrive almost immediately after contacting us.
If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder - and if necessary - make sure that you allow emails from swiftpaws.com
- You should receive a reply from us in 24-48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays)
- If you have not received a reply from us, please check your spam folder for the email from us.
- If you don't see it in spam, please check your email filters to make sure that you're allowing emails from swiftpaws.com
- Once you've done all of the above - email us again @ email@example.com - we're probably waiting to hear back from you!
