When you email us you will receive an email informing you that we received your email. This email should arrive almost immediately after contacting us. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder - and if necessary - make sure that you allow emails from swiftpaws.com
- You should receive a reply from us in 24-48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays)
- If you have not received a reply from us, please check your spam folder for the email from us.
- If you don't see it in spam, please check your email filters to make sure that you're allowing emails from swiftpaws.com
- Once you've done all of the above - email us again @ email@example.com - we're probably waiting to hear back from you!
