If your charger is not working as expected, please contact email@example.com
What to expect from your charger:
When you first connect the battery to the charger and plug it in:
- All three LED lights should turn on. They might initially be red even if the battery is fully charged.
If one more more of the lights do not initially light up at all - it is not working correctly - do not attempt to charge your battery - uneven charging can shorten your battery's life expectancy.
After charging for (up to 4 hours or even longer - depending on how low the battery charge is):
- All three lights LED lights should turn green.
- they may turn green one at a time - this is normal
- Remove the battery from the charger after all three lights turn green.
If one or more LED lights do not turn green - the battery will not be fully charged and will need to be replaced.
Note: Plugging the battery into the charger backwards might be possible, and will damage your charger and battery.
DO NOT CHARGE OR USE A BATTERY THAT IS SWOLLEN. Please dispose of any damaged battery safely. See our article on the care and disposal of your battery.
