It has come to our attention that the SwiftPaws app is not working with the new iPhone 16 as well as any iOS later than 17.7
If you are an iPhone user and are having issues please email support@swiftpaws.com.
We are working on this now, but do not have an estimate for when it will be resolved.
This is one of the drawbacks of rapidly changing technologies - but also why the app has become such a big improvement for our equipment as we now have the ability to keep your equipment as current as possible. Unfortunately some things take time so we apologize for the delay as we work on an update to the app and thank you for your understanding and patience. 😊
