How can I tell if I have the new app controlled drive? The new app controlled drives were shipped on or after June 28th, 2024. The new app controlled drive will have a teal colored FCC label inside the battery compartment. The earlier models have a pink FCC label inside the battery compartment.

Pairing the remote to the App Controlled* Home Original & Home Plus main drive devices. Note: the device will only pair with one item at a time, so if you already have it paired to the app, completely close the app before attempting to pair the remote (and vice-versa). \
