Be sure to snap both points on the pulley to properly close them.
Thread the line behind the pulley wheel and snap the top closed. Make sure that the line only touches the pulley wheel and does not come into contact with any other part of the pulley.
Anchor the pulley using the tether and stake - or if you need to anchor it to something farther away (like a tree), use a loop of the line as long as needed as the tether.
