Pounce powers up in Manual Mode. When in manual mode you must use the remote to control the direction and speed of the lure.
Manual Mode:
Use the remote to control the direction of the lure.
Press the up arrow to run it forward and the down arrow to run it in reverse.
When you release the button, the lure will stop and bounce back in the other direction before stopping completely.
Use the remote to control the speed of the lure.
To increase the speed, press the (+) add button.
To decrease the speed, press the (-) minus button.

Automatic Mode:
In automatic mode - everything is controlled using the buttons on the machine
The main unit will run a preprogrammed sequence for 2 minutes - then rest for 30 seconds. It repeats 4 times and then automatically turns off.
The whole sequence runs for 10 minutes including the final 30 second rest period.
To run another session, you have to turn it off and back on again, then enter automatic mode again.
- There is the on/off toggle button
- A dial to adjust the speed (this dial only works in automatic mode)
- The remaining button changes mode.
- A blue indicator light will come on to show which mode it's in - MT or AT.
- When the blue light is next to MT it's in manual mode.
- To enter automatic mode press that button ONE TIME
- The AT blue light comes on and the drive enters the automatic preset cycle.
- double press the button to turn on the chirping sound.
- Press it again and it returns to manual mode.
- Turing the power switch to off resets the drive to start anew in manual mode.
