The GEN3 Home Original and Home Plus drives and the Chase drive can all be controlled using the SwiftPaws app and the optional universal remote.
However; only ONE controller can be used at a time. All others must be powered off or completely closed.
If more than one SwiftPaws app is open the drive will pair with the first, strongest signal it detects which may not be the app you're looking at or the remote you're hoping to use.
Be sure to swipe up to completely close all other SwiftPaws apps on all other devices present.
- To use the app - be sure all other apps are completely closed and any universal remotes are turned off
- To use the universal remote - be sure all SwiftPaws apps are completely closed.
- Keep the SwiftPaws controller app within 10 feet of the drive to maintain connection.
