Turn remote on and off

The power button is a toggle. Press once to turn on press again to turn off - see more details below.

It will automatically turn off after 90 seconds.

To manually turn off the remote:

• For the legacy remote - press and hold the power button until it the vibrates twice and the LED blinks red twice and goes off.
• For the universal remote - press and hold the power button ONLY until the green light flashes and it vibrates twice - then let go. The LED will go out. Do not continue to hold the power button after it vibrates twice.
