We do not have a walk-in facility. If you need anything: repairs, replacements, parts, advice, help troubleshooting, etc., please email support@swiftpaws.com and describe what you need.
If you live nearby we can make arrangements to drop off an item for repair instead of shipping it back. In this case, we will provide the address and instructions for dropping it off during regular business hours, but you would still need to seal everything inside a box and tape it closed as if you were shipping it to us. Also write the issued RMA# on the outside of the box, and include your contact info and RMA# written on a piece of paper inside the box.
We can only take orders via our website. We ship all orders, there is no pickup service available.
