Can I stop by to drop off or pick something up?

We do not have a walk-in facility. If you need anything: repairs, replacements, parts, advice, help troubleshooting, etc., please email support@swiftpaws.com and describe what you need.

If you live nearby we can make arrangements to drop off an item for repair instead of shipping it back. In this case, we will provide the address and instructions for dropping it off during regular business hours, but you would still need to seal it in a box with the RMA# written on the box, and your contact info and RMA# written on a piece of paper inside the box - as if you were shipping it to us.

But we do not have a brick and mortar store, we can only take orders via our website.
