How do I return my SwiftPaws?
To take advantage of our 30-day return policy:

Please email support@swiftpaws.com for an RMA# and instructions for the return. Please include:
1) Your original order number
2) The name and email address used to place the order
3) The condition of the return: unopened; opened but unused; used)
a) Let us know if the equipment was damaged in shipping - as that would be a different claim/process.
4) If the order has multiple items - or you will not be returning everything - please list everything you are NOT returning to avoid delays in processing the refund.
Once the RMA for the return has been issued - the items must be returned within 10 days from the date the email with the RMA was sent - or before the end of the 30 day return window - whichever allows you the most time.
To clarify: The wording in the return policy "in original condition" refers mainly to the equipment: main drive unit, remote controller, pulleys, etc. - which should be clean, in working order, not damaged, etc. We understand the line might have been cut and the flags opened 😊
Returns will be inspected before the refund is issued. If less than full purchase price is refunded and you have any questions, you may email support@swiftpaws.com for details - include your name and the order number.
Note: Shipping fees are not refunded as it is a service that is completed once the order is delivered.
Please keep the original packaging to assure the equipment is sufficiently protected during shipping, as SwiftPaws is not responsible for lost content or damage in shipping, and only takes title to returns once they arrive at our facility.
