It might be possible but we have a very small window because we process orders as quickly as we can - and once an order has been fulfilled - it cannot be cancelled.
Depending on when you placed the order and when we receive the request to cancel - it might be possible to cancel it.
- For example if you placed the order during business hours Eastern Time - and you immediately send a request to cancel - and provide all the information needed to be sure we find the correct order - then we should be able to cancel it.
- But if you placed the order on Friday or over the weekend, and I don't see the cancellation request until Monday morning - the order may have already been processed.
To try to cancel the order - email support@swiftpaws.com and ask if it is possible. To avoid delays which would negatively affect the outcome - please email us using the same email address you used to place the order (or provide the email used to place the order) and include the following information:
- The order number
- The full name used to place the order
- The shipping address
All the above is necessary to assure we would be cancelling the correct order as this process cannot be reversed.
If the order has already shipped you may return the unopened order once it's delivered. Please note: Shipping fees will not be refunded.
In this case we will issue an RMA# and instructions to return the unopened order upon receipt. You also have the option to refuse delivery and the shipper will send the order back to us - HOWEVER - this is a slow process that can take weeks and we would not be able to process the refund until the order has been returned. But if you chose to refuse the delivery - please email support@swiftpaws.com and let us know so we know to watch for the return.
