Chase Sleep Mode - Blue Light & Pairing Button

Chase not working or won't power on? If you leave the Chase drive plugged in but sitting idle, it will go into sleep mode. If this happens it needs to be power cycled. This entails unplugging the drive for it an extended period of time - for about 5 minutes - and plugging it back in. If the blue light on the bottom of the drive does not begin to blink, press the pairing button (while it's plugged in) until it comes on. To prevent this from happening, don't leave it plugged in. Simply unplug the drive after you're finished with a session.

The blue light is on the bottom of the Chase device. The pairing button is on the side next to the power port. If your drive is plugged in but you don't see the blue light, press the pairing button until it comes on. This button is intentionally very hard to press to avoid accidentally resetting the drive. So you do need to press very firmly (you can use the side of a pen or something similar to help you press it).
