We do not have a walk-in facility. If you need anything: repairs, replacements, parts, advice, help troubleshooting, etc., please email [email protected] and describe what you need. 

If it turns out that you have to send something in, you may opt to drop it off instead of shipping it back. In this case, we will provide the address and instructions for dropping it off, and you would still need to follow all the instructions that shipping something back to us requires.
