No Reply! 😤

We often reply to your email within hours during business hours - but for sure we reply within 24-48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays).

One known reason you might not see our reply is if you reach out using the form on our website which bypasses your email server - so that our replies are not recognized as something you've initiated and your email server will block it. This is not something we have control over, so we can't fix it. But there are steps you can take. The simplest one is to email us directly at [email protected] 

If you have not received a reply:

  • Please search your email for "swiftpaws" or "swiftpaws.com" to see if you can find our reply email that way. Sometimes they get routed to spam, junk, promotions, etc. or are being blocked by your email server. 
  • Contact your email provider for help to allow emails from SwiftPaws
  • Check your email filters to make sure you're not inadvertently blocking our emails

You can avoid a lot of these problems by emailing us directly at [email protected]

If you need support - it's best to email us at [email protected] instead of sending messages through the webform, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
