Plus Drive constantly beeps after turning offUpdated a month ago

If you are hearing a sequence of decreasing-in-tone beeps over and over after turning your Home Plus drive off - simply unplug the battery. This is a known quirk that affects just a few Plus drives which we are currently investigating. It does not affect performance and does not need to be sent in for repair. You should ALWAYS be unplugging the battery when you are not actively using the drive, even for short breaks.  However, if you want to send it in, reach out to [email protected] when you feel you can be without your SwiftPaws for a couple of weeks and let us know you want to send it in, we can reinstall the firmware which usually takes care of this.
