We are unable to alter your order in any way; including adding items, or removing them.
We may be able to cancel the order if it hasn't already been fulfilled - email support@swiftpaws.com and ask if this is possible.
We fulfill orders daily (excluding weekends and some holidays) so if we are not able to cancel the order - you can send the unwanted / unopened / unused items back right away for a refund of the purchase price 👍
