The ready indicator is the small dot that turns from red - to yellow - to green
The green dot indicates that the app is paired and ready to go.
A rapid cycle is a Bluetooth issue, something you might see if you have a second app holding the connection open.
If yours is rapidly cycling and you're unable to start a play session - make sure all other SwiftPaws apps on all other phones are completely closed by swiping up and if you have a hand-held the remote controller - make sure it's turned off.
