Battery won't chargeUpdated 3 months ago

If you ever charged the battery and then let it sit for longer than two days unused; 

or if you ever used the battery and let it sit longer than 2 days without charging it to the storage voltage; 

or if you used it the first time out of the box without charging it to full; 

or if you did NOT charge it to full before EACH USE; 

or if you leave it plugged into the drive when not in use; 

or if the battery was stored without taking it out every three months to charge to full and discharge back to the storage voltage 

Any one, or combination of these can cause the battery to become permanently damaged & it will need to be replaced.
