Help Connecting Chase to appUpdated a month ago

Start with everything unplugged and turned off for at least 2-3 minutes.

Plug the device in

Open the app 

Click "continue"

Click "let's Play

Wait for the green icon that shows the device is turned on and ready to go! (second image below) and select the device

If you only get this - unplug the drive for two or three minutes -plug it back in and immediately go to the app

Once the app sees the drive the icon will turn to green showing that it is on. Select the devise.

THEN - you will get this screen - the dot in the drop down window will quickly go from red, to yellow, to green. When it is green you are ready to go! Use your finger to move the paw-print button to move the flag: up in one direction and down for reverse.
