If you are experiencing update errors - be sure you have the most recent app installed on your phone. 

When you reach out to [email protected] send screenshots of the error(s) and let us know if you're using an iPhone or Android. Also share your device information screen (example of how to get to that page below). This info  will help us determine how to best help you. 

Click the three lines in the top right corner of the app, select Device Information, and snap a screenshot of the DEVICE INFORMATION screen.

Note: the early Android issue has been resolved. If you are still having trouble updating the drive be sure your phone app is up to date. Go to the app store and make sure you have the current app update installed on your phone 👍
